Mark Adams, a Bay Area native, is a renowned soloist in both concert and opera. Initially studying jazz before progressing to classical training and opera, Mark has sung with San Francisco Opera, Opera San Jose, Fresno Lyric Opera, the San Jose Symphony, and the Redwood Symphony, among others. Mark was the Grand Prize winner in the International Voice Competition in Fresno. Mark co-produced and sang in twenty-three monthly opera/broadway concerts in Redwood City, called Concerts on The Rock. With Jessie Jewitt at the piano, Mark sings jazz at Marqs in Menlo, and numerous events and soirées around the peninsula. In 2008 he co-produced and sang classical songs and opera arias at the Fête de la Musique in Woodside. Mark has sung in New York, Amsterdam, and Alsace. He studied voice with Edna Garabedian, David Rohrbaugh, Gregory Wait, Scott Bearden, Carl Franzen, and Giovanni Consiglio.
