The stellar Irish singer and banjo player Michael Black performs an evening of Irish songs and instrumentals. A member of Ireland's foremost family of song, Michael has toured internationally and recorded with his singing siblings, Mary, Frances, Shay and Martin and recently released to great acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic a dazzling debut solo CD entitled Michael Black. As he has on duo tours of Ireland and New Zealand, Michael will be joined in concert by Jon Sanders, much in demand for his innovative accompaniments by some of Ireland's leading traditional performers.
